This is Georges springer, I shortened it 14 inches and fabbed him proper bushings and short rockers for it. The springer has a 3/4 inch stem,so I used tapered 3/4 inch I.D. bearings and machined him an upper bearing cup, and a sleeve to be press fitted into the lower part of the headstock that will accept the bearing and race.The frame in the picture is a pre unit triumph that was also repaired here at the farm.
