Slimsfab street sweeper TWO

These are some pics of "THE STREET SWEEPER TWO". I got tired of not having my street sweeper Wheelie van to drive anymore so I built another one....This one is slightly improved in many ways.I never intended to off my Green one( the streetsweeper one). There has been CONFUSION on you tube and other such media sources who built it and who it was built for. I BUILT IT FOR ME WITH NO HELP FROM ANYONE BUT MY BEST FREIND JEREMY TUCKER,AND WE USED THE ENGINE FROM MY OTHER FREIND JEREMY INGRAMS STREETRACE CAR(1972 duster) .  Thie last build we did as a fuck off mobile(to go out and have fun with.) This one I am refining. As in the first van Jeremy Tucker and I did the chop together,This van will be built like the last one, built our way for the shop. It is 440 powered with a 1959 hallcraft V drive.Look up the old van"slims wheelie van" to see the last one, The new owner has added a 6 71 blower.  SLIM 951 217 8814

Jeremys 1965 coronet

This is Jeremys Dodge coronet 500. It is FUCKING BAD! The drive train is a 400 B block stoked and bored to acheive 451 cubic inches of mopar big block, backed up by a cable shifted 727 torqueflite, and an 8 3/4 rearend. If i was to go into detail about all the cool shit done to this car the list would go on for miles...Jeremys craftmanship is A1 and no less. I will post more on this car in the near future. We in my neck of the woods are HUGE Mopar fanatics,However anything that represents our country on wheels KICKS ASS! Slim 951 217 8814

Slimsfab springer for Mike of Us vs. Them

This is Mikes XS650, He Represents US vs. THEM.  He stopped by the Farm for a front end.. we talked about narrowing his stock hydro, building a girder, and then he decided on a traditional styled springer. So thats what was tailored for his xs. All new parts with an exception of some O.G. springs to give it a nostialgic look. Some sleeving was also done to the legs to class it up a little.Soon we will be adding a sissy and some other bits...Thanks for stopping in Mike.   SLIM 951 217 8814

Slimsfab cafe tail for Christians cb 750

This is Christians 1978 cb 750 cafe project.
He came out to the Farm needing a tail section and seat,He specifically asked for oil in the tail.I shaped him a tail and a  base for it,dropped in a battery and electrics box, formed a removeable seat pan that also acts as a cover for the stash box,and then welded in a vent bung, return bung, and feed bung from the bottom of the tail to make things tidy. The machined  fill cap and bung are machined here at the Farm.I like the com star wheels they fit the build nicely(in my opinion) Thanks for stopping in Christian,  SLIM 951 217 8814

This is Sams Sporty from JSK design. He stopped into the Farm to have some Ducati suspension installed on his Evo sporty frame...( not exactly a bolt on installation )  He brought out a single sided swing arm, some inverted forks, brembo calipers, sportster dual flange front hub,and a piggyback ducati mono shock. The headstock had to be shortened a half inch to accept the bearing cups I machined.the sporty hub to fit the ducati bearings,to fit the ducati axle, then spaced it to center. The hub was then cut to fit the rotors.Next spacers were made to center rotors in the calipers..Out back the swingarm pivot bolt was scratch built and spacers made to align it.The shock was then positioned and mounted after checking clearance at full "droop" and full compression. My brother at Aced will be machining him a rear hub to accept spokes.     Slim  951 217 8814        IMPEACH OBAMA!

Slimsfab Joels 48 pan

This is Joels pan.It is bad ass.He came to the Farm needing a fender radiused and narrowed to fit his 19 inch rear wheel and tire, his track style shallow oil bag mounted to his frame,a classic styled sissy made from 9/16 cold rolled round bar, various small frame pieces fixed and his bob tanks modified to clear his finned rocker boxes, narrowed 2 1/2 inches total as well as the dash and seat hinge area shaved to leave a 1/4 inch gap between the tanks. Take a look....Yes the front wheel is a 23 incher and the front end is VL.He has a hell of a bike coming along,Thank you Joel for the visit,SLIM 951 217 8814

Slimsfab sportster engine with bigtwin trans frame build

This is dereks sportster. it is a 1000 cc 1980 ironhead engine fitted with a early cam cover and cams to accept a early magneto. The trans is early bigtwin, connected via belt drive. He supplied the drive train and a hardtailed sporty frame(not hardtailed by me). I did some adjusting and a little fab to make it work(actually alot) and he also wanted the front to look as if it were a little wish bone. so take a look, I split the lowerhalf of the headstock and narrowed it keeping his numbers untouched...bringing the tubes close together allowing me to make wishbone style tubes! I also fabbed the oil bag with a built in stashtube see the cap I cut in the lathe I am holding. The oil bag holds 5 quarts to aid with cooling by volume. Thank you for the work Derek. slimsfab tank for Trever
